Who controls this data

Data controller: to be confirmed — either the property owner or LMA Property Ltd, depending on the final agency agreement. Until this is confirmed, treat Leah at LMA Property ([email protected]) as the contact point for any privacy query relating to this site.

What is collected

The viewing request form collects your name, email, optional phone number, viewing preferences, move-date range, number attending and any questions you enter. Submitting the form opens a pre-filled email in your own mail application addressed to [email protected] — the site itself does not transmit this data to any third-party server, because no booking backend is connected yet.

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated first and consent will be requested in line with current ICO guidance before any non-essential cookie is set.

Why it is collected

Solely to arrange and confirm a property viewing, and — only if you tick the optional box on the booking form — to let Leah contact you about comparable homes if this one is not right for you.

Retention

To be defined by the data controller. Abandoned or stale enquiry data should not be retained indefinitely; a documented retention schedule is a launch blocker.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent by emailing [email protected].
