Accessibility statement

This is a two-part statement: how this website is built, and what is currently known about physical access to the apartment. The two are kept separate deliberately.

Website

• Built with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus states and no colour-only status indicators.
• Targets WCAG 2.2 AA. This is a launch-candidate build and has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
• No content is hidden behind hover-only or drag-only interaction; the accordion and slot picker are fully keyboard-operable.
• Motion respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.

Physical access to Flat 5, Cavell House

Not yet verified. The apartment is on the third floor. Whether the building has a lift, whether there is a step-free route from the street to the front door, and details of the communal entrance have not been confirmed for this campaign. Do not rely on this site for accessibility decisions until these are published — ask Leah directly before booking a viewing if step-free access is required.
